The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) have highlighted some industry scams to be aware of and has launched a guide to protect exhibitors from scammers and what to look out for, so please watch the video to avoid some very sophisticated scams.

Attendee data:

Please be aware that scam operators will use exhibitor company names to trawl the internet to find any matching email addresses then contact them to offer fake lists. Please just disregard any emails offering to sell you attendee lists for the Adventure Travel Show.  Escape Events Ltd will never sell data of Adventure Travel Show exhibitors or visitors.

You may also be contacted by companies claiming to be contractors for show for services such as stand build, audio visuals. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for the official list of suppliers and contractors. If you’re not sure please contact the ATS team.
