PolarQuest is Sweden's polar specialist and has arranged trips with small expedition ships since 1999. All our trips are based on close encounters with wild animals and fabulous nature in some of the most spectacular places on earth. Svalbard is an island group that is especially close to our hearts and our three ships in Svalbard, which only take 12 or 50 passengers , offer a completely different journey and experience than what a larger cruise ship does. Imagine seeing a walrus on an ice floe in a group of 10-50 passengers or a group of 250-500 passengers. On all our Svalbard trips, you always travel with both Swedish- and English-speaking guides. PolarQuest works actively with sustainability issues, we calculate all our emissions and climate invest in projects that effectively reduce emissions.
